Rafa Benitez talks about the differences in Spain to the UK, where he talks about regional training centres who compete against each other 4 times a year. He also talks about selection where no more than four players from the same team can be in the regional team. This opens up the door for smaler grassroot teams to have players come and represent the regional teams.
